It’s easy to place an order on our website. All you need to do is:
- Select your garment or item
- Select your color from the drop down list
- Select your size
- Select your type of design
- Custom Design – you will need to upload your design or sketch to us
- For a design we have on file – you just need to tell us what name it is under – if you’ re not sure, then type in organization’s name or your own name
- Select your ink or thread color. If you have more than one color, note that on your design (if not already) or your sketch to upload.
- Select your quantity. If you are buying for a group, put in your total quantity. In the comments section, type in the sizes and the quantity needed per size.

Can I place orders by phone?
We accept phone orders just give us a call at 800-513-2101 or 607-692-7875; Our customer care representatives are available Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM to help you in any way they can.
Can you put a “rush” on my order?
If you need your items before normal processing or shipping time, please call us Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We will try our best to accommodate you but will depend on what our production schedule is at the time of your call. We do offer expedited shipping to help with transit times. There may be a rush charge if we have to incur any extra costs due to your “Rush Order”.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $ 20.00 per order. This does not include artwork charges, design charges or shipping charges.
