What are my payment options?

 Your credit card will be charged for the full amount when you place your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be assessed for orders shipped within New York State at the prevailing rate where your order ships to.  Tax exempt organizations in New York State must submit their tax exempt form otherwise sales tax will be charged.  Orders shipping outside of the state are tax exempt.

 Pricing

 All prices are subject to change without notice.  Phone quotations are tentative and are subject to final confirmation upon receipt of your complete order and artwork.

Extra Charges:

             Embroidery Artwork -  FREE for 24+ pieces. 

                                                  For under 24 pieces - $ 50.00      

            Screenprinting Artwork – FREE for 48 + pieces

               For under 48 pieces - $ 35.00

Wash/Color Change:

           There is a $ 15.00 charge per color on all screen printed orders requiring a color change.

 Color Matching

         We will custom match your Pantone (PMS) color number.  There will be a one time charge of $ 25.00 for any color we do not stock (Refer to our Ink Color Chart).   As with all color matching systems, slight variations may occur from batch to batch.  If you do not require an exact match, we can come close at no extra charge on most orders.  Just put your request in the "Comments Box" when you place your order.

     An “eproof” will be sent free to you before we proceed with your order.  We allow one change at no charge.  Subsequent changes will be charge at $ 35.00 per hour.
