Returns and Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

          You can cancel your order at any time prior to the order going into production.  If artwork has been generated but the garments not printed, you will be charged for the artwork only even if your artwork was free with your order.  Once your order has gone into production, we cannot accept a cancellation.  If you need to make a change on your order for any reason, please contact your customer care representative immediately to see what can be done.


          If you are unhappy with your order because the product is defective, just contact your Customer Care Representative.  We will either re-run your order or refund your money.  We will even pay the shipping to get the problem product returned.  However, a re-run or a refund will only be given for those products returned to us.  Because the items are custom printed or embroidered, we can not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or the error is ours.  Contact your customer care representative to go over your concerns.
