   Thank you for your Online Store inquiry, we look forward to working with you.     For your online store, we offer the following:

 1. No setup fees – Setting up an online store is FREE.  Our design work is FREE.  The only costs incurred might be for developing the embroidery files.

2. Fundraising – You can decide how much money you want to make off each item for fundraising purposes. Some people choose not to add extra money to their store. They just want to use their store to promote their organization and their brand.

3. We offer printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat press technology and engraving. All processes are done in-house. 

4. We offer personalization with no minimum limits on certain items.

5. We will bag and tag each individual order at no extra charge.

6. We offer an array of different products for you to choose from. Some which can be personalized.

7. Delivery and Shipping:

  • Orders can be picked up by your organization’s contact person, if you are local. We are located in Whitney Point, NY.
  • Individual orders can be shipped via USPS, if they choose.
  • Free Shipping is available for orders over $ 199.00

 8. Time Line:

  • Week 1 thru 2 – Work with customer to choose products, create design and build online store.
  • Week 2 thru 4 – Online Store is open.  We will collect the orders until the store is closed.
  • Week 4 thru 6 – Compile the orders, produce, bag & tag and ship individual orders within 2 weeks of Online Store closing.
  • Week 7 – Profit Check is cut & sent to you along with a list of the orders.

 9. What You Must Do!

  • You must market the site.
  • We will provide a flyer which gives you all of the info about your Online Store which you can easily email and/or print off to help you advertise.
  • We will also assist you with in-house marketing by positing on Facebook and emailing, if you provide us with email addresses.
  • We suggest you also post on Facebook and any other social media sites your people might be on, several times over the time the store is live.  Also, email your people copies of the flyer to remind them.  

10. To help make your store successful, we recommend the following: These       are only recommendations as your store is customized per your requests. 

  • We recommend 12 items per store but no more than 15.  People get overwhelmed with too many choices.
  • Have something for everyone’s budget. Not everyone is willing to spend $ 50.00 – $ 60.00 for a NIKE sweatshirt.  But they would buy a $ 35.00 Port Authority sweatshirt.  Think about the demographics of your organization.
