After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Shortly thereafter (during normal business hours), a Customer Care representative will fully review your order, confirm dates and review your artwork. They will email you to let you know everything is set or if we need more information.
Once the details are set, the next thing you will receive is an email with your artwork proof attached. You will have an opportunity to approve it, make suggestions for changes and improvements. Once you have approved the art, you will see an order confirmation with the shipping date.
Your order can not go into production until your artwork has been approved by you!
